- Manual handling
- Female genital mutation
- Food and hygience
- Prevent duty
- Fire warden
All our staff receive paediatric first aid training—provided by Tigerlily—equipping them with the skills to deal with both minor incidents and more serious injuries.
We strongly believe in having a plan for continuous professional development for all of our practitioners. All staff have access to Noodle Now, an online platform providing additional training and courses to develop their knowledge further.
This allows us to offer an environment that is not only incredibly safe for our Little Learners, but also one that cultivates an atmosphere that allows them to thrive and develop.

I’m currently based in the 2-3 year old room. I enjoy outdoor and physical play with the children as I believe it’s good to be outdoors regardless of the weather as it’s good for the children’s wellbeing and experiences.
I also love a good messy and creative activity as the children really do get excited to show us their creations they have made, from robots to space rockets.
